Administration needs better customer feedback. Fast at securing the job, but a little untimely with communication when things happen out of the blue like covid etc. . .response time was very late and last minute.
We shipped 2m2 from Napier to Sweden and we're pleased with the service Conroy gave us. If someone is in the same situation as us, we can highly recomend them.
The Conroy team did a great job from the first day of packing right through to pickup and delivery. Very respectful and careful group of guys who worked super well together as a team. We were really impressed that a couple of very small knocks on items were mentioned Immediately to us so we were aware.

Considering we had 3 people and moved within Christchurch the total price for the move local was horrendous nearly cost the same as it did when we moved from Greymouth to Christchurch with 1 person and it took longer to load with an extra 2 people which was interesting Definitely prefer set rates and if we move local again will use a cheaper company And I am missing a spade.
Whilst we did encounter considerable delays in receiving our shipment this was totally down to limitations imposed as s result of the COVID 19 pandemic. The service we received from Conroy Removals was excellent throughout and importantly they and their UK based agents kept us informed.
