Only problem was three men and truck. We're ordered but only two men came they were really good but it was a lot of stuff so would have been more beneficial if three had come. Really nice guys and did a great jOb

Arranging the delivery was relatively easy and the driver was amazing (in terms of his backing skills and helping out getting the boxes off the truck and up the path).  One box is missing and apparently this was unknown when the container was unpacked in Auckland but not advised to me until we raised it with the delivery driver and the Conroy office.  I have been told by our HK agent that the box was loaded on the container so I am at a loss to understand how it did not arrive in NZ.  I know the Christmas break has caused some delays but I feel the post delivery service from Conroy is way below my expectations

The shift was very easy because of Conroy. Pick up was done well and the guys who were at the house were great. Drop off was well communicated and seamless. No stress and an excellent outcome with everything delivered and safe.

We had difficulty in getting hold of people at times that were critical to us.

Great service from first contact with sales agent through to the packers and unloaders. But several items were not wrapped properly, if at all, resulting in damage to some furniture items, which is very disappointing. These were noted on the recept form I signed at the time of taking delivery. Also, terminal damage to a large TV which "fell" during the unpacking process. This was discovered after setting up - it is impossible to vet every item from a house-lot immediately upon delivery.

Another removal company was involved in moving my prtner's belongings from Auvckland and from her experience with them I would also like to add the following packing improvements: 

- labelling of boxes - reuse of boxes made it very confusing as to what boxes contained.  We have had to move a number of heavy boxes by ourselves subsequently becaue of this. Boxes were not numbered.

- using sellotape to group items - this leaves sticky residue on these items.  We are still trying to get this off the ironing board cover  and several other items

- no inventory list - there was no way to tell whether or not all items loaded onto the truck were delivered

It appears that a number of processes could be greatly improved but our experience was overall very positive due to the positive and considerate attitude and skills of the packing and unloading crews.

I underdstand that upon completion of unpacking, boxes and packing materials will be collected - we have yet to experience this but look forward to a positive experience.
