Unfortunately I can't say I would use you again and the main reason was just the lack of comminication.I can understand I booked and paid for my stuff to be collected at a busy time in early December but all indications were it would be delivered to me 7-10 days later. It was delivered to me almost 8 weeks later with no communication from you in between. It appears my goods were accidentally separated from the paperwork and therefore everytime I called they didn't know where they were. As it turned out they never left Napier. The items were sentimental so it was actually causing me a bit of anxiety and stress as I thought they were lost. If I could give you one piece of feedback I would say please just communicate. I rang every week and emailed and I got fobbed off everytime- told you would call me back but noone ever did so I had to keep calling. I can understand that things go wrong but just a phone call or an email updating me on what was being done to find my stuff would have made the whole thing a lot better.
The moving team were great. Some stressful moments around delivery of our furniture but all worked well in the end
The guys were very careful moving the furniture through doors and good communication on site. A little more communication on arrival times would be great

Great team... however one of the guys was running out of steam towards the end and the other 2 were carrying him some what.
Would not use again and would not recommend to others. The uplift process was without issue. However in terms of delivery - we were called the morning on the date of delivery to ask if our stuff could be delivered the next day as they were running late. We said we would prefer for our items to be delivered that day if possible as we had already been a few days without our gear and had paid almost $3000 for their service with the expectation that our stuff would be delivered on a certain date. Their plan was to call us back later in the day if there was an issue with this. Our items did arrive on the assigned afternoon however there was only one worker to carry every heavy items such as couches and a fridge .Thankfully my partner was there and able to help because it was very clear that this was not a one person job. We were both disappointed that Conroy would put their workers safety at risk of significant injury..
At all stages of the process the staff were wonderful and professional. It was just unfortunate that the pedestal to our tv didn't survive the move. But over all a great service was provided.
The guys who were moving my furniture were friendly, fast and very helpful. They worked so well together and were careful with my belongings. Very happy with them.
