Conroy moved my stuff from Christchurch to Hamilton with a 2.5 month storage in Napier. All of my furniture were damaged (to the point that I can't use them) and my boxes were quite deformed. They also forgot one item and promised to get in touch with me about it but didn't. It required me making 3 phone calls to make sure that someone was actually looking for it. When I've made a claim about my damaged items, I've been told they don't accept it. It's clear how my things arrived that my things were handled with very little care. It's despicable and I would never use this company again.

Great team. Sloan was wonderful with the packing. Mike and his team worked so hard. Moving out was difficult as they had to double handle everything due to access but they did it without complaint, even managed to move my piano. Thanks everyone.

Apart from slight delay from time container arrived at port to final delivery, the service was excellent, professional and as per expectation.
Leaving scheduling until the night before a move can put extra stress on rhe client not knowing what is happening and when it's happening for their move.
We had 3 guys move us. What a great bunch they were. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent sense of humors and good spirits which helped the day go smoothly. We have always used another company, but if these guys are on the job...they get our business and references!
