The three Conroy men (James, Ben and Mason) that moved my possessions were great; friendly, hard working and fast. There were just a couple things that I would have liked to have seen done differently. The first was that the movers came earlier than I was told, by nearly 30 minutes, so I was not quite ready when they arrived. I am an organized person and find punctuality to be a good feature. The second issue was that a number of my possessions, including boxes and furntiure were moved and packed on their sides instead of upright. I had packed everything with the idea that they would be packed in an upright position. It does stress furniture and even to books to be packed in an unintended position. Lastly, I noticed that the 20 heavy duty straps that I used to pack the original shipping container were not included in the move or returned to me. That is disappointing. Otherwise I was happy to receive all my worldy possessions. Thank you.
Thank you - another great move with excellent communication with dispatch and the scheduling people and as always, a wonderful moving crew.
The moving teams in both uplift and delivery were great, we did have a furniture item damaged, but hopefully a good insurance claim process will sort that out so that does not detract from an overall great moving process.
Overall excellent experience. Very nice movers who moved my belongings at either end. Would appreciate earlier communication about timing of uplifts etc. but otherwise I would definitely recommend to others and use the service again.
The team who moved everything in to our house were great. The lack of communication to repeated emails prior to the move was unacceptable.

We just wanted to express to the team at Conroy just how grateful we were for the awesome experience we had using Reuben and his team to move our belongings from Kelburn to Carterton on 22nd January.
We were not sure how it would go and they exceeded our expectations in every way. They were extremely well organised and capable and they took care to ensure that things were not damaged. Reuben was so obliging in helping place furniture in the new house and nothing was too much trouble. We are 75% unpacked and have only found 2 things damaged, neither is a major and we have no issue with them.
We have never moved before without suffering multiple damages, mainly to wooden furniture and breakables, this was such a positive experience for us and we would appreciate you please acknowledging their efforts and passing on our sincere thanks to him and the whole team who helped us that day.
We don't plan to have to move for a very long time, but will definitely recommend Conroy Removals to anyone else.

Connor in Auckland did his very best to make our move work for us. Highly recommend. This is the second time we have used Conroy's and we will use them again!
Would not use again and would not recommend to others. The uplift process was without issue. However in terms of delivery - we were called the morning on the date of delivery to ask if our stuff could be delivered the next day as they were running late. We said we would prefer for our items to be delivered that day if possible as we had already been a few days without our gear and had paid almost $3000 for their service with the expectation that our stuff would be delivered on a certain date. Their plan was to call us back later in the day if there was an issue with this. Our items did arrive on the assigned afternoon however there was only one worker to carry every heavy items such as couches and a fridge .Thankfully my partner was there and able to help because it was very clear that this was not a one person job. We were both disappointed that Conroy would put their workers safety at risk of significant injury..
