The service was fabulous and your staff are absolutely lovely - HOWEVER the truck was 4 hours late on uplift day and the stress that caused was rather huge. Our cleaners arrived before the truck even turned up. But your crew made up for it but helping and then delivery on Saturday was awesome.
The 2 guys were very pleasant and helpful nothing was a problem...this was uplifting from south island and delivering to the north island. They made our shifting go with no hassles this is twice we have used conroys and wouldn't hesitate to use them if we need to in the future. The price we paid was very acceptable. Carolyn and Bruce.
As a first time customer my experience with Conroy company was excellent. Conroy communications staff MaryAnne Fernandes and Sarah Eade are the best, they went above and beyond to help me when I was in need to have my daughters property moved home from Christchurch to Wellington. MaryAnne and Sarahs service was above excellent and my daughter said the service of the pick up guys (in her words) she said they were a massive help and she couldnt thank them enough. So from us we are very grateful and a huge mihi (thanks) to Conroy Removals for the excellent service.
We are seriously looking at moving to Hawkes Bay this year and I can tell you now I will definitely call on your company again. As far as my experience goes, there is no room for improvement.

The best service from every one of the employees involved throughout the whole process. I cannot speak highly enough of Conroys as a company. A company that truly knows and trains their staff in Customer Service.

We felt the communication was poor, the email we received confirming the job said that we would be advised the day before the time of the shift, depending on scheduling. We were not advised until the truck arrived at the storage facility. While the move was timely, a few units were damaged in the process due to dragging, pushing, etc. We had scratch marks on the new gondolas, a desk that nearly collapsed, and a few other issues with other furniture. We feel more blankets could have been used and more care taken. We have used your service in the past, recently and were happy with that service which is why we chose to use you again. At this stage I don't know if we would in the future, and on the basis of this last service I am not confident in recommending your services to others, hence the reason I have not marked the last two.
We used your services knowing that it was our responsibility to insure for damage, but quite frankly for the short distance involved, there should have been no damage whatsoever and the rough handling of our units gave us no confidence in your ability to provide the best service. For $220/hour, we would have expected more care to be taken.
Everything was great....everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful and everything happened about as we expected. Thanks for a reasonably stress free move!!
