Pack up and delivery was excellent, as was customers service, particularly as we had to rearrange delivery at the last minute due to unforseen circumstances.
The fee for delivery (out of storage and delivery to new address came as a surprise to me as it was not explicit in the quote.
Arranging the delivery was relatively easy and the delivery driver was amazing (in terms of his backing skills and helping out getting the boxes off the truck and up the path). One box is missing and it took some pushing and our escalation to Conroy management before they would confirm the problem had been at their end. A big thanks to Warwick Woodley for investigating, locating the box and getting it back to us.
The 3 guys that delivered my house lot were extremely efficent, polite and respectful, as well as amazing, incredibly the driver managed to back the truck down the driveway which is a very very narrow drive. Qudos to him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Conroys and their team for your next move.
Conroy removals was recommended to us and I would recommend them to others because they are competitively priced and do their best to meet their customers needs.

Your packing staff have to be commended for an outstanding job.
The final form you sign needs to be updated. Wasn't too happy about signing a form to say everything has been unpacked, checked and rubbish removed. No one is going to unpack everything while the delivery guys are waiting, so we shouldn't have to sign off saying we have.
Other than that the whole process and service was very good! Was very delayed but we will blame covid for that :)
A number of items got broken and damaged. Does not look like lots of care was given to my things. For exmaple my brand new expensisive Hi-Fi speaker has dents and deep scratches. A box that was labled Glasses (Fragile) has got a big hole on it and more. I am currenlty making a list of damaged and broken items with photos and would like to hear back in terms of how you handle such occurances.
