Deliver goods no unpacked. My wife was advised only furniture and tools would be unpacked resulting in approx 30-40 boxes unpacked cluttering garage. Tauranga despatch contacted following day. Doug sent out Colby day after. Colby did a fantastic job unpacking bowed and tiding the garage so able to park car
The guys that moved me were so lovely to deal with, I was still in the process of packing as they arrived but they worked around me and catered to my unorganised moved the best they could do with no complaints.

Our delivery out of storage to our new home was not as smooth as it could have been, with missed communication around the delivery time and then being short staffed when making the delivery. The two people who turned up were excellent but luckily there were three of us to help with unloading etc.
We had delivery time issues and communications were extremely poor. However, once we got in touch with the right people things were sorted quickly. Our furniture arrived with no damage.
