My only issue was trying to contact someone at the office, hence the 4 stars instead of 5

Everyone was professional, fast and efficient. Great communication throughout the process. Dave in Hawkes Bay did very well with our tricky driveway.

The NZ side of the move was very professionally done. Great communication and friendly expert packers. The UK side worked out fine in the end although communication with the local agent could have been better. The company who delivered my effects were fine but wished they could deal directly rather than through an agent as that caused minor inconveniences for them and me. Otherwise great and affordable service. Sorry for the delay in submitting this review. I've been busy settling in to my lovely new home, greatly assisted by Conroy and partners. Thank you for making it easy.
