Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersThe guys turned up not knowing they had to shift a piano despite the fact I was charged extra for it, seems someone in the office forgot to put it on the paperwork. This ment fitting in another truck to load it a few days later. It delayed delivery a week which didn't really matter for us. The moving guys were great to deal with and very efficient. Out of 10 boxes only two small items of China broken. Overall we were pretty happy with the service.

The move was generally good. Pick up was quick and efficient, and delivery was good. However, my dining table arrived with a missing foot, and plastic drawers were cracked.

Boys were awesome! Packed and loaded everything carefully. Unpacked and placed items in room as requested. Very good service!!
Wheel broke in transit, but we were able to put back together - fortunately all the parts were there
Very good. Movers were great, took excellent care of belongings. Highly recommend to others.
Some minor damage - Lamp shade squashed, glory box had paint damage, small dents in dining table, matress protector ripped and plastic protective covering ripped on all three matresses. They looked like they had been pushed along the floor instead of been carried. Laundry basket squashed. Some itemswere not repacked after they were inspected, our BBQ was a good example we parts were scattered andf looseeven the guys who made the delivery were disspaointed for us as pieces were falling out as they were un;loading. I found this very unprofessional.
The inventory list was not comprehensive, MPI had problems finding items I had declared, these items should have been clearly marked on all documents and packing boxes as I informed the packers in AUS. I was called a number of times by Conroys NZ, they did not seem to understand that I did not do the packing, I suggested they contact there counterparts in AUS. I informed my contact in AUS of the issues I was having and found out latter that others were having issues as well.
Had to call twice to have the rubbish picked up and disposed.
