Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersService in general was great. Lots of communication along the way......until the final delivery. Nobody contacted us to let us know delivery time and date so we couldn't arrange for someone to be there to organise stuff.
Excellent service and very accommodating employees which made my move less stressful.
Our experience with both the Auckland and Christchurch branches was great, the lads who loaded and unloaded our furniture and boxes we extremely helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. They did the job without any fuss or complaints, would certainly recommend Conroys.
My Boxes arrived safely tho I had no doubts after watching the care that was taken when packing.
The picking up and drop off of our househood items was great , but most boxs packed where mislabled or incorrect . This was really dissapointing as we were putting most of these into storage until we found our home, we ere left with no choice but to open all boxs check and relabel correctly.
This was done over several weekends, and should be adreeseed so that other customers dont have the same problem.

First of all, the team who packed and picked everything up in Auckland were amazing. Such a great energy and meticulous with their packing skills. Throughout the movement Conroy's were very great with their communication and updates. The team here in Australia were just as amazing and lovely to work with. The delivery team were fast, careful and very polite and kind. Not a single scratch or broken item! Outstanding company

Really good packing moving our goods. Very pleasant guys. Only problem haven't been able to find lead to plug in small TV yet as it isn't with the TV. Still have many boxes to unpack.
