The delivery team unfortunately consisted of only one Conroy employee, who was also awesome, however he only had one local worker to help him and although this person worked to the best of his ability, he did struggle at times. This made it a long day and a hard day for the one Conroy employee, who was fantastic and very patient, don't know what would have happened if we did not have friends available to help. It was a shame as we were told that there would "be a team" to deliver and set up. Hence could only score a 3 star for overall performance.
The movers were cheerful and efficient. The driver especially helpful at getting the truck as close as possible and ensuring items went in the right room. They were a great team. Thank you.

Conroy Removals are a good company. I have been using them for years.
Absolutely fantastic service and communication from before move to actual move. The staff were professional and helpful. One thing we noted was how punctual they were. Robin and Tyler were amazing and both hard working. We would also like to acknowledge Duncan and Unky and their hard work.
Unfortunately I have a lot of furniture damage. The chest in the guest bedroom has actually been pierced on top as they have stood something heavy on it. It is pierced in 2 places. the side cabinet has a chip. The bed head and end are scraped. Mirrow broken. Back of picture slashed so will need a new backing. So far all crystal and plates are perfect. I still have stuff in storage that I need to go through to check as I have a very expensive dining suite in there. I know there is more I just can't think at the moment. The guys that moved me in were really helpful and worked at a fast pace and moved furniture to where I wanted it to go. They were a really cheerful bunch of guys and would definitely use them again. Hopefully I won't be moving for a long time. I will probably go to a smaller storage unit at some time so will gibve you a shout. I will start to take photos and send through to you. Feel free to let me know if you want to come and inspect. Also, I am away next weekend so won't be able to go through the stuff in storage. The guys can vouch though as they saw some of the stuff damaged.
They arrived on time and did a great job. We do not think there is any area where they need to improvr if our experience is an example of the service.

Amazing communication from Vanessa Smith. Kept us in the loop the whole time, accomodated additions to the packing list last minute, arranged timely pick up and drop off, all at the lowest cost that we found from 4 different quotes.

Most important issue withm our situation is my partner has terminal cancer so the move home had to be well informed.
We were kept well informed and all our enquiries were well answered.
Understandably shipment took weeks due to COVID and freight /Port backlog.This is were being well informed came into play.
