Overloaded our freezer top on delivery - was not packed like this when leaving site as lorry was too full. Arrived bent, stool and table damaged. Thought as professionals that my consideration would be taken.
From arranging the initial quote in Australia to the delivery of the items in NZ, I was grateful to have an easy and competent team assist with my deceased brothers belongings. Everyone was polite and easy to deal with and I was updated at each stage. They were happy to help with the paperwork when I had questions. Always made contact promptly.

Conroy kept me up to date throughout the period of shipment which was heavily disrupted by covid 19. Once landed, delivery was prompt and late changes of destination were easily accepted. Very professional.
The man who shifted us were excellent. Very obliging and extremely helpful. My wife was in Whangamata on her own and they assisted her with everything she needed to get done. The unloading was very efficient and was completed without supervision as I was continually being called back to my work. I can only highly recommend the service and in particular the two men that represented your company.
Before the moveing the house we showed the mover around and let them know everything have to be move out. But they Damaged our TV. Left furnitures in the house. Took the money out of our account before the issue has been sorted. No more business from us from the future and not recommend to anyone. Not happy at all.
The team were very helpful and very skilled at what they do. The packing of the truck was a work of art to behold. It meant we were able to get everything loaded from the 2 locations first before heading to the drop off location. Only issue was the truck couldnt get up the short elavated driveway because of the steel hoist supports / framing that sits underneath the back end of the truck. . There was slight damage to a rimu dresser but all and all a very successful shift thank you.
