Great packing team, and removal guys worked so hard, and great team spirit
Unfortunately one of our items was knocked over by one of the removals team during the pack. We won't be able to check it for a few weeks as it is in storage. It is a glass topped Bose sound bar

You exceeded my expectation. You bent your back to get my items to me, even at the strike of lockdown. My family and I had nothing to sleep on if those blankets were not delivered to us.

I have moved with Conroy a few times now and will always recommend the company to anyone else I know is moving. This time around the service was efficient and friendly, the movers turned up on time at both ends of the journey and everything was sorted in a timely manner.
The guys were so friendly and worked so hard both pickup and drop off , very impressed !!
Highly, highly recommend Conroys! From Vanessa booking the job in the first place, Dan was brilliant with communication from Dunedin, double checking on what was to be picked up which gave absolute reassurance that my stuff was in safe hands, right from the start. To Cam in Wellington - once again, awesome communication to arrange drop off and the guys that did the dropping off, again, fantastic and so pleasant to deal with. Honestly, from start to finish, Conroys, you rock! You have fantastic, friendly, nothing-is-a-problem staff and I would not hesitate to recommend or use you again. We can't thank you enough!!!
Website very easy to use for booking. Great communication, reliable. Movers arrived on time and did an excellent job (thank you Izzy and Quinton), safely and carefully delivered items to new location.
Arranged delivery of container from Conroy yard in Tauranga to 11 St Pats Grove, Taupo. These details were confirmed with Conroy's moving manager before delivery arranged for Tue 17 Aug 21 around 10.00. Rain was forecast and we were hoping for a prompt delivery before rain set in. My wife arrived early while I rested at my bach (51 Mere Rd). I got a surprise visit around 11.00 from driver. He had written instruction to deliver to 51 Mere Rd.
What a cock up! - container turned up at 51 Mere Rd and should be 11 St Pats Grove
What is clear to me is that the confirmed instructions were not relayed to Operations. Ok, you are busy and the container was difficult to get to and the out come of these 3 factors resulted in your customer was not satisfied with the receipt of container to the correct site around 12.00
The two chaps did a commendable job unloading and placing while it rained. Please note our thanks.
Up until 17 Aug we cannot fault Conroys
We simply dare not recommend to anyone. You guys didn't even contact us with an apology after the event. The two unloaders probably didn't mention this balls up for fear of losing their jobs
