The administration is excellent and Conroys were the only company that had the availability to cover our move.

For the two days of packing I would have preferred the packers to either remove their shoes or use shoe covers as it was raining heavily and the carpet got wet and dirty.

My experience from the initial phone call requesting a quotation to liaising with the team on uplift day and delivery end was generally excellent. I was most impressed with how easy Tori made the quotation process and not only did the team accept about 1.5m3 over my allocation (as I had underestimated the number of small boxes before actually packing), but included a small 2-seater and single-seat settee that was not meant to be moved. Although the uplift was some 2hrs late in arriving (in the Coromandel travel times are unpredictable due to the nature of the remote roads), my Neighbour oversaw the uplift on my behalf as I had to leave prior to catch a flight to Napier. All my belongings were delivered on the Wednesday following the Friday uplift with no damage to speak of and with no missing articles (there were many small boxes and odd dismantled items). I would definitely recommend Conroy Removals and I will certainly have them at the top of my list next time I need moving services. My sincere thanks to the Conroy team for taking care of my belongings and taking the stress out of the moving process for me. Great job!

My daughter had her bedroom furniture, along with some other boxes, moved from Tauranga to Christchurch. When her stuff arrived in Christchurch her bedhead was missing, when she tried to get in contact with the Christchurch branch she left multiple messages that were never followed up and could not get into contact with them. I (her mother) contacted the Tauranga branch (who were superstars from the get go) and they tracked her bedhead down in Auckland. When speaking with the Christchurch branch they did not believe me that my daughters bedhead was missing from the rest of the stuff (not sure why we would lie about something like that) and proceeded to palm me off to management who were very unhelpful and never got back to me (hence why I engaged the Tauranga branch instead). Altogether the experience wasn't ideal and could have been handled by the Christchurch branch much better. Tauranga branch we really great and very helpful.
