We recently had our furniture delivered to us from your storage facility in Porirua.    The 3 guys who delivered it were lovely.   They were very efficient, friendly and polite.    We were very impressed with how quickly they emptied the container and put everything into our house.    Could you please give a special thank you to the Christchurch packers who did such an excellent job of packing our stuff that nothing was broken.    One of our main concerns was that some of the items may have had mould or mildew from being in storage for 8 months but this wasn't the case which we were also impressed with.    Would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving house.

The Nelson end of things went very well, the truck arrived on date in Auckland, however it took several prompts from Jo, to get a response from Peter in Auckland for arrival time, which he estimated at 10 to 10.30, I then followed up with a text and phone call on the day, neither responded to or call returned when truck didn't turn up as scheduled, truck arrived 11.45, driver apologised, still havent heard anything from Peter, his comms are rubbish. The three guys that arrived to unolad were excellent, we hads a few laughs.

I understand Covid has caused shipping delays however my shipping which was quoted at 5-7 weeks took over 3 months to arrive and during this time I received no communication from you about these delays without contacting you myself. At the very least I would expect communicaction explaining the situation and updates which as stated were not forthcoming. Furthermore when finally receiving my shipping both pieces of furniture which you were responsible for wrapping were badly damaged with one table having almost all its legs snapped off. This was not properly wrapped at all and the damage could've easily been forseen and avoided. I am very unhappy about having to pay excess for this as it was entirely your fault and avoidable. I would not use your services again and I am very upset at the damage caused. The only saving grace was the removal and delivery staff on each side and the initial online contact who were all friendly and helpful.
