I was particularly impressed that the whole process (from initial outreach to Conroy's for a quote to the delivery of items) took less than a week, and over a public holiday weekend.
We moved islands and only one glass was broken and an outdoor table leg bent. Pretty good. Staff were pleasant. To improve advice and guidance prior to moving would be helpful. Better labelling so we can locate things easier. For instance there are essentials you want to locate quicker when you move to new place like pots, tableware so you can cook or tea and coffee first. It took 2 days to find them. This would have rated 5 and propelled you to excellent
We were very disappointed in the pre-arrival service and organisation as we had to constantly chase everything up, we were told people would contact us who never did and it took a month after quarantine was cleared to deliver. However, on the day the movers were very good - polite, helpful and efficient. We have no complaints about their work. I'm sure Conroy would be good for a domestic move with a specific date, but I wouldn't recommend for international moves and will be conveying this to our agent.

I had excellent communication with admin from the day I requested to use Conroy's until after my belongings were delivered to my new home. When My belongings arrived in NZ I was staying with friends until I found a house to move into.. Conroy's stored my stuff ( for a reasonable fee) until I was ready for it to be moved.
the guy who packed up my delicate furniture ( spinning wheel and antique piano stool) and finished packing my boxes in Brisbane was awesome and did a great job.. the guys who brought my stuff to my new home in Auckland were also excellent.. they moved the boxes etc in quickly and were pleasant to have in my home.
Communication was sometimes not very clear, and often confusing, which resulted in a lot of disappointment and unnecessary changing of plans.
I am disappointed with the condition of my wooden furniture when it was delivered, it had not been sufficiently protected and as a result there is significant damage! The glass in my dresser was broken, the front of my desk had been bruised and scratched, the book case has rub marks on it. The dresser has cracks in the frame as well! There are dirty marks and strap marks on my sofas. Also the glass in on picture was smashed.
