Thoroughly recommend them
Our move was a shambles and extremely stressful. Firstly, the volume of stuff to pack and move was underestimated by about 100%, resulting in my hiring storage space that was inadequate. Secondly the packers were late and packing was not completed in the time estimated. An extra day was required (settlement day). Promised to be there at 9 am, turned up at 2 pm, by which time new owner was trying to move in. We had to move all the unpacked stuff remaining in the house off the property before your truck turned up. New owner was furious to the point where he has refused access to pick up garden furniture which we did not have time to take on settlement day.

I am concerned that I won't be unpacking for a while because I am looking for ppermanent accommodation which may take some time. Because my belongings were transported in a very large 'trailer' and stacked very high i will not know of any damage to my belongings. I was told by a staff member that my cargo would go in a 'container'
I have been using Conroys for years, and have always found them very helpful, and the members of the team who actually pack are an amazing group, calm, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, even when they are asked to unpack an item of furniture, because owner needed something from inside. We have nothing but admiration for the whole team at Conroys, with special thanks to Fiona who bent over backwards to get everthing organized to suit our time table, you were great. Thank you Conroys.

Would have been 5 star except the packers missed some items in the bathroom vanity cupboard (the truck had gone but they were still there so provided a box for the items for me to take in the car). Spoiled what would have otherwise been an excellent shift with no moans from me and packers were nice and excellent workers so wouldn't like to see them spoken to about this.
I would like to thank Susan West for her communication throughout quarrantine and after. Susan made the process so clear to me which enabled the transition of our items from Australia to be hassle free. Excellent service, well done "Conroy".
