Bag is missing
Conroy was a great company to use. Excellent communication and they were prompt on organising things like a firm quote and getting the boxes, tape and paper delivered with plenty of time for packing.Huge thank you to Antz, he packed the truck to perfection, drove it to its destination and unloaded it with ease. We felt reassured knowing he was bringing our goods the whole way. Nothing was broken and nothing lost. Great guy! Thanks Conroy for top notch service, will definitely be using you again and recommending you to others.
Fabulous from start to finish, all my boxes were in one piece no damage, would use again
Such excellent service from the first phone enquiry until delivery. I appreciate it when something is promised and then delivered on time as it was at all stages.
Very friendly and considerate
Delivery went well with Glenn, Xavier and Grayson who were polite and hard working.
Some items were not marked well when packed which made Glenn's job more difficult than necessary.
The team were great hope they will be unloading when we need them. Thanks Scott Kate Glen & new boy.

Thank you Conroys, very efficient & friendly bunch of guys, from start to end. Would definitely recommend to all to use you, a great removal experience which made it much easier.
I gave this service a three star rating because i felt the communication around the move wasn't overly great. A couple of times i had to make a phone call to confirm what was happening at certain points and i strongly feel that i shouldn't have to do that. Some of my doubts may have seemed trivial to staff but it must be remembered that you don't do a move on this scale very often. Also one major item, an office chair went missing in the move and or delivery. I don't know who's fault that is but it's clearly not ideal. I also understand these things can happen.
