Breakages should have been advised at the time - packers would have known items had been damaged. Full move not completed - number of items left upstairs, bathroom and linen cupboard not packed. overall the packers were very polite and diligent.

The 3 guys who moved our stuff did an amazing job. They were very careful handling our furniture and super friendly.

The admin side of the transaction lacked the requested communication forewarning me the day before they were expecting to deliver furniture which was a bit disappointing, and 1 person showed up to deliver big furniture, it was raining therefore items got wet (mattresses).
