Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI was mostly happy with how the moving process went. Quick and efficient email communication prior to uplift of furniture. However, on the day of uplift plastic mattress bags for the beds were not used as previously stated on the quote form. This was disappointing as it was pouring with rain so they would have got wet and our fabric mattress protector on our queen mattress got marked. At delivery at our new house I bought the issue up of no plastic mattress covers used and the answer was they had come from a job in Taupo previously and weren't prepared for our Whanganui job as were unaware it was happening. We would have appreciated communication about this on the day of uplift. Overall items arrived safely and all in one piece, thank you.
The shft from Taupo to Napier as far as the performance your Team were concerned,was outstanding. We cannot speak highly enough of the effort put in right from the time we made the booking with Nathan through to the packing and loading in Taupo by Kain and Paul ,the drivers Snow and Darren and then the delivery and unloading in Napier by Paul , Darren and Korey .
It is unfortunate however that a number of packages arrived in Napier saturated by water and this appeared to be due to the fact that the truck was in our opinion in need of maintenance to the bodywork to ensure that the vehicle was watertight thereby ensuring that our possessions arrived in good condition. The situtaion was not assisted by your Truck dropping oil on our Taupo exposed aggregate driveway just as the property was being handed over to the new Owner .
Notwithstanding those matters Conroys staff deserved a high rating and we would use Conroys again because of that...

The pick up guys were very efficient, admin great, however at the other end the delivery guys were slow and clumsy with my Dads items eg; broken glass in a picture frame and large scratches on the coffee table. Not impressed.

Conroys were fantastic from start to finish. One minor blip in the middle with communication between the removals and storage teams, but otherwise a very smooth service thank you.
Bringing my boxes from North to South Island, then storing them, went smoothly. But once I gave my notice, one month out, to have my boxes delivered the communcation broke down. I had staff saying they'd contact me in two weeks, but didn't. I couldn't get a move in time until after 3pm the day before which made working and getting organised very difficult.
Very quick response to emails. Great communication, I was updated throughout the whole process with the latest info. Everything was packed well. Highly recommended.
Conroys Nelson Staff worked hard and quickly to get our household packed and delivered so well. We cant speak highly enough of the staff and the job they did for us.
