So much laughter in background could not here time. Rang number in morning no reply. Rang admin and they said between 1 and 2 pm but despatch would ring me back. Again no phone call. I went out at 12 to get a quick bite to eat. Just ordered food when your guys rang and said they were there. On my arrival no apology nothing. They could not have moved any slower. I explained my lunch was waiting at cafe. They took an exceptionally long time to load and do paper work for 5 boxes and one chair. Your whole company was let down by these two.
just fantastic service
Movers arrived 3.5 hours late. They were supposed to arrive at 12.30 and instead arrived at 4pm. Packed up quickly once at the house, but then got stuck in rush hour traffic which was then charged to us at the hourly rate. Due to the late start it was a very late unpacking. Very poor communication - I had to ring multiple numbers to finally get hold of someone who could tell me how far away they were - and even then the arrival time kept being pushed further and further back with very vague guesses. All up a very stressful experience on an already stressful day. Not happy.
The men on the truck were great and most helpful. Would use Conroys again as after 20 moves around NZ they were one of the best

Conroys were fantastic from begin to end- both in NZ and Australia The best moving experience we have had in our 6 moves between NZ and Australia
Staff were extremely helpful, informative and polite. Their attention to detail was impressive.
Contents of container are yet to arrive. We believe that they are in Townsville, the final destination, but have had no contact from the staff here in Townsville.
The service from Napier to Brisbane has been fantastic with great communication from the staff involved and my thanks to those involved and wish to thank Zarina Mekebayeva and Rebecca Simpson for their outstanding communication. To the team who loaded our furniture in Hastings, a big thanks for the freindly and professional service they gave, loved working with them
We were told that the crew would arrive around 9 to start the uplift -- they did not arrive until after 10:30. Then we were told delivery should take place mid-morning the next day -- this did not happen until sunset, so all the unloading took place in the dark. Both jobs had only two staff as opposed to the three who did our initial (significantly smaller) delivery from Japan I myself helped unload the truck as it would have taken still more time otherwise. Would appreciate a refund of $50-$100 for the labour costs that would otherwise have been paid to a third person.
The "yes" answers to the two mandatory questions above are more precisely "yes, but with an explanation of the difficulties they may face".
