Vanessa in the Christchurch office was extremely helpful with the whole process. We were shifting from a storage shed in Christchurch to Napier and Vanessa's care and help made the whole experience completely seamless. Thanks also to Kyle and the Napier team for a quick delivery. Brilliant!
We moved from Tauranga to Leeston so it was a huge job, your whole team were excellent. The men were all hard working and so pleasant to deal with-nothing was a problem. Our bed was put up when they arrived which was a great help to us.Thanks so much for making our move much easier as it is a stressful time.
Each person I've interacted with has been warm and helpful. While I am still missing one box of goods, the office team explained the process of searching and locating it. For the pressures of COVID on the industry, the team have been great. Thanks for helping me move.
Great service, even in level 2/3 lockdown, would definitely use again.
Excellent all round service
Friendly guys and got the job done quickly
The services that we get was very straightforward. It takes time for our things to arrive at the destination but understandable due to pandemic. The I appreciate the people who come to our house as they take time to pack our things carefully, professionally and fast. Thank you very much for your services. We definitely would contact your company if we need your services in the future.
I enjoyed the great communication with Sally Sok insetting up the logistics. Colby was an outstanding packer, and everything made it intact so far...however, all boxes from kitchen were labeled k-ware, and some hint as to what was inside would have been helpful. He was alone whereas salute had told me a crew would pack the house, so he was a bit rushed perhaps. Dave the loader and t Tim the Truckie were on the removal end, and tim seemed untrained at his helper job but was a good driver. Dave noted the container was not conroys and had very few places to tie the load securely in place...I noted that they were only at the top and ver few at that. At the delivery end Robin was great, but his helper was hopeless...very rough, did not care about my stuff of his job...told me his arm hurt and could I help carry a few things. Didn't trust him at all and had to stop him several times when he was rough with the TV , the Keyes and had several boxes turned sideways when they clearly said up this way. Carried 2boxes in on dolly at a time and never knew where the bottom one was headed, so I had to lift off the top one and move the bottom to the correct part of the house...I worked 3years for Mayflower in USA 50 years ago, and if I had been Steve they would have fired me for about 5reasons. Maybe I see more than your normal customer, but you asked and I think attention to who you hire would go a long way toward customer satisfaction .. along with some basic training. Customer relation skills for all involved, and how to be careful and conscientious...treat other people's stuff as if it were fragile, important, and valuable should be basic things everyone should know.
2hours of work for $$$ and this wasnt even that many items compared to a full move, I would hate to know how much that would cost. And it was a local move (literally down the road)
