Our experience with Conroy removal was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, our whole international move was stress free and exactly what we hoped for can not thank Conroy enough,your people are so friendly and helpful I would definitely use you service again, thank you all so much we are very happy customers.

Excellent communication and responsiveness from the team providing a quote and planning my move. Both the Wellington and Auckland removals teams provided a professional and efficient service. Very impressed by their workflows and politeness to myself and other residents in the two properties. Everything arrived safely without any damaged and was speedily unpacked.
Booking process was fine however we had damage to our new home wall a gouge. A couple of Boxes were stacked on top of each other with no regard to what the label said was in them hence had about 6 breakages of China in one box. Alcohol boxes was put upside down so was spillage thru the box. We engaged Conroys but the truck that arrived had 2 men and a truck on the side. We had been warned not to use this company as they tended to be a bit rough thats why we went to Conroys.
shift went well but a phone call letting us no that the drivers had been delayed - thru no fault of theirs - would have been appreciated.
The customer service provided by Mary-Anne Fernandes was great. We tried to move from Tuakau (Auckland Area Level 3) to Te Kauwhata (Level 2) and it was uncertain if we were even allowed to move. Mary-Anne was very understanding and supportive even though we had to change around days as well as the size of the load. I felt supported all the way through. The moving crews were also great. We had the pick up and drop off on different days due to the size of the load. Both moving crews were very professional and very helpful. Concidering our stressful time not knowing if we could move or not we felt in safe hands with Conroy and we will recommend you any time.
