The move was generally good. Pick up was quick and efficient, and delivery was good. However, my dining table arrived with a missing foot, and plastic drawers were cracked.

Boys were awesome! Packed and loaded everything carefully. Unpacked and placed items in room as requested. Very good service!!
Wheel broke in transit, but we were able to put back together - fortunately all the parts were there

Conroy Removals have been amazing from the time we started our journey in Australia to our move back to New Zealand to live (we are not back in NZ yet because of Covid). Conroy's Australian team, Karen Lindsey has been fantastic. Every question I asked (and there were alot of questions), Karen was able to help us every step of the way and she kept us up to date with our household goods and our Ford Ute and trailer.
The team of guys that packed all our household items - Just amazing and real gentlemen. They went out of their way to accomodate our requests and they earned our respect and we gave them lunch for the 3 days they were at our home. That was our appreciation for the work they did for us and it was alot of responsibility and worry taken out of our hands. Great work guys.
Once our household items arrived in New Zealand, Lynn Douglas from Conroy's in New Zealand was our go to person for all enquiries and she was amazing. Lynn gave us updates and once again when I would speak to Lynn on the phone (and that was quite a few times) she would answer my questions and not rush me. It makes a big difference when a person on the other line is not impatient and just wants to hang up. Lynn even took the time to let us know that when Customs checked our goods they complimented us on how clean our goods were and it was the first time that this had happened for that customs officer. Little things like this makes a big difference.
At the moment we are still trying to fly home, but because of increased cases in NSW we are still in Australia, but our goods, Ute and trailer are in NZ ( in safe hands) waiting for us. Normally we would be waiting for our goods.
Overall Conroy Removals from the start have been fantastic. Both John and I have recommended Conroy Removals to Kiwis travelling back to NZ on FB and we will continue to do so.

I would avoid global moving in the current enviorment if possible.
Estimated delivery date was 27 May, Actual delivery was 20th of July.
I would like to thank Conroy for their efficient service. Our belongings arrived on time, had been very carefully packaged, and arrived without any damage.
