The three men worked really hard and were all very nice and careful. Nothing broken or damaged. Some of the furniture items were really heavy and had to come from or go to awkward places in the house. They did forget some things - or ran out of room in the truck, which was a bit of a nuisance as they were heavy items, but my own team dealt with them. The only negative was that they dumped a huge lot of packaging material in the garage when they arrived and didn't take it with them when they left. All my stuff was already packed. I now have to get rid of it myself at my cost and effort.
Communication was clear. Mark the driver arrived precisely at 0830. He was very pleasant and brought the cartons into the apartment. He exceeded my expectations by removing all plastic and cardboard wrap and taking it away.
Excellent service again right from quote to receipt of goods at new location.
Truck arrived on time, friendly and professional team members unloaded and placed our furniture etc efficiently. Everyone we had dealings with throughout the process from the first visit for the quote thru to final delivery were very professional.

Filling in your online application can be a bit confusing, had real difficulty finding the insurance part, but helpful Sally Sok to the rescue. All sorted with a phone call.
Jemima Knott keeps in touch with emails, which I very much appreciate. I am eager awaiting my delivery. The last delivery was very prompt and the two employees were professional, friendly and helpful.
My whole experience with Conroy Removals was excellent. Right from dealing wth the positive and informative person who answered the phone through to the efficient guys who did the actual removal.
