Great service. 

The pack was superb - hats off to the girls.  The pickup and storage was exactly as it ought to have been - efficient and handled with style.  The delivery was not.  The unpackers blamed the packers for placement - and there were a few breakages and bruises.  The delivery people were OK - but one refused to accept that fragile meant fragile - and couldn't care less.  When we complained to him - and to admin - it only got worse. Things were delivered - but there was a bad taste in the mouth.  Conroys were let down by their delivery staff.

Conroy's made the move very stress free, they communicated well before the moves to confirm times and were very punctual both times. They were careful with the moves and packing, nothing broken or damaged. The team moving us from storage to our home went above and beyond with getting our fridge inside. Summary, efficient, careful, communicates well, excellent moving teams we can't speak highly enough of them

Our moving team, Raukawa, Izzy and Zion were just PHENOMENAL!  They arrived early, were keen and enthusiastic and nothing was a problem for them.  They truly looked after us and our belongings and our neighbours were floored by their efforts.  The date was Sat 20 July and Wellington had the worst weather.  It was raining, it was cold and it was miserable.  But nothing was a problem to these boys.  

My advice would be to pack your things so all they have to do is grab and load.  If you can help them carry things to and from the truck and are happy to take their direction, that's going to help you heaps too.  And finally, it costs nothing to be kind, so offer them a drink (they like orange juice and coca cola) and if you can, offer them a kai too.  I had a slow cooker dish of creme of chicken and vegetable cassorole with hot steamed rice, and freshly baked bread.  Though they didn't eat much (as they said working on a full tummy slows them down) they apprecaited the hospitality and warmth on a cold day of work.  These lads are the BEST!
