The overflow items were left in Wellington and were not delivered for six days and although loan mattrices were supplied they were very bottom of the line and uncomfortable. Staff were helpful though.
Very happy. Service was punctual, i was kept informed teh whole way through teh process and delivery was on time. No breakages and pleasant staff !

Excellent service from Conroy Removals. Quick and easy to organise, and the pick up/delivery team on the day were you extremely efficient and fantastic!
Still unpacking however the move was excellent. I might add, I am a wee bit biased, my wife was friends with Pauline Conroy who had boys at Parkvale.
Missing Single bed & base, Pram & cloth Basket. Tool set as well. Miss communication when doing delivery ( call just half an hour ago only) and only one guy to drop things and he asked the help to my friend because not enough staff member.

The first dealings with Nathan were very good. The two guys who packed were excellent, the guy loading was surly and non communicative at the start but improved, he did a good job loading. The big problem though was when the drivers changed to take the load from Auckland to Kerikeri. Instructions were not transfered, so I kept getting calls about what was happening and where to go. Neither were instructions given about the load content and order of unload. Communication with you at that stage was terrible, the person I was speaking to in your office was defensive and unhelpful.
We did not get confirmation from you about the unload or if the the unit had been loaded had it been locked.
I got hold of the unit owners who gave me that detail and said that the last two mattresses had been stuffed in so tight the roler door had broken.
What worries me is there is that 10 of the paintings in the load are over $5000 ( there are paintings of $10,000) and that we will not know if they have survived for over a yr. I reitirated this detail to the first driver many times and said to tell the next driver, the information was not passed on.
