Fantastic commitment from the team and immense patience at both stages of the move.

Broken furniture due to no one caring about other peoples possessions and very poor packaging. No one in the company took responsibilty or appeared concerned. A nightmare company to deal with from start to finish, this includes owners of the company. Insurance was pathetic when you read the fine print and you are not really covered. Would never deal with this company and would suggest  everyone STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Poor communication Re arrival time for pick up. I would have thought most people would like confirmation early than 12 hours from pick up. Also paintings were not bubble wrapped as agreed with sales person. Slight damage to some frames.

A desk was broken due to to overstacking in the truck. The delivery personnel noted this and I contacted Conroy about it. I was told someone would be in touch, but have still not heard back. Other than that the experience was fine.

We were so impressed with the work effort and professionalism of Hux who packed our home for us.

He worked like a machine.  The loading crew who packed the containers were excellent and very proficient.

please pass on our thanks, especially to Hux, and his team.

Amazing service, end to end. Your guys were fantastic, so helpful, nothing was too much  trouble, the lead coordinator on the day at both address was helpful and so friendly.

Your removal team were great.

Thoroughly recommend your packers, ultra efficient and again so friendly and professional.
