We were very happy with communication with the whole Conroy Removals team. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family who required removal services.

You force a yes/no answer to would I use your services again and would I recommend you when my answer is maybe. I would consider using your services again and recommending you to others but that would come with some cautions. We did have small damage to several items, we have lost one small electronic device and items we asked to be wrapped and were listed on your docket weren't.
One packer was sent and that clearly wasn't enough. We actually ended up helping him.
You have some good staff but how the various staff we dealt with communicated with one another was not clear. The person who visited and quoted accepted and documented our instructions but these were changed by packer and removal staff. We were allocated a contact person, her role was unclear and when communicating with her we always had to leave a message and there wasn't always follow-up.
The two guys that moved my stuff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Put stuff in the rooms they were meant for. Took great care with my belongings as well.
