Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersThe Collection Team left an item behind (large drawer unit in my office) that I actually specifically mentioned three times to them and I had shown the person who came to quote. I then had to arrange my dad to collect because I had to hand keys back to landlord. When out of lockdown he'll now have to drive it down himself. On delivery I was told a full length mirror was smashed - not end of world given it cost $20 but still a mirror I'll need to replace. However worse was the damage to the concrete table. I didn't notice till yesterday that a piece about the size of a fist was dangling from the corner and at touch fell off. This damage was not there prior to collection and the table is effectively ruined. Not sure if this occurred on collection or transport or delivery. The delivery drivers were however polite.
The team were amazing. Everything was extremely well packed and wrapped. Arrived with no breakages. The movers were friendly and efficient.
Excellent service, we couldn't fault the removal team who worked efficiently and hard and the price was fair and reasonable.
When we could not leave Auckland to take furniture to out daughter in Wellington due to Covid Level 3 Lockdown, Conroy came through for us. Thank You so much to everyone on the Team. We are forever grateful.
Communication - Poor. I recieved a call after 6pm the night before our uplift date confirming the time the truck would be there. This was later in teh day than anticipated and caused disruption to our move by delaying our plans significantly. A new delivery date was not confirmed with me following the change in uplift date that I had requested (I was only told the 5th or 6th). Conroys contacted my delivery contact to inform them of a time and date on the day of delivery (1pm, 5th of Oct.) and then arrived two hours earlier than the specified time. I was not contacted about this.
Service - Multiple items were damaged beyond repaid (bunk beds broken, record cabinet scratched and chipped sigificantly, high chair damaged to the point that it was unuseable, lowboy dresser completely torn apart and delivered in multiple pieces broken). Delivery staff shrugged this off stating that I had not paid for insurance. This response and the significant damage incurred shows the lack of care that the Conroys staff took for our belongings. I am very frustrated by this outcome and will not be recommending Conroys, I will also be posting negative reviews of your services online.
Team in NELSON WHERE HELPFUL. Unfortunately Delivery in PAIHIA was over 2 separate days. We were disappointed that some of our valuable items were damaged or destroyed. What really caused us to look badly on our experience with your Business was your staff not wearing masks. I assume they were from Auckland and it would have been great to know if they are vaxed,if not they should be.

Friendly professional staff right from the initial contact. Competitive pricing. Packer and moving guys were wonderful. Have used before and will again. Two friends are now looking at using your services for their own shift. Thanks team. Great experience.
No response after receiving first quote. After that prompt replies once calling the local branch and subsequently very goid and prompt replies Vanessa Smith.
