I was very impressed with the communication I received all the way through the process of moving. We were moving my mum into her new house and the guys were so helpful and friendly, even remembering where she wanted furniture to go. Thank you to all the team for your great work.

I've faced a couple of issues while dealing with Conroy. First, I did not receive a call the day before pick up as advised initially. I was advised that the truck is only an hour away from my hours only when I gave a call to ask for an ETA. This meant, that I had to leave work and be home in half an hour to make sure that I was there when the drivers are picking up my stuff.
Second issue was that my bed Mattress got ripped in transit and this is very disappointing as the bed was the main reason I chose a relocation company. I took some photos that I am happy to shared via email and the driver who made the delivery made a note on the delivery slip. While unpacking some other boxes, I noted that my certificate frame was broke, when it was wrapped very carefully.
It would be great if Conroy could improve their communications and be more careful with customers' belonging. I would expect some sort of compensation for damage caused as the mattress was a brand new mattress.
