The young men you sent did an excellent despite having a few problems to solve such as disassembling a lery large and heavy glass topped dining table.They worked through the problem in a logical and careful manner. Your service at all levels was excellent.

The communication before the move was fantastic. The ppl packing and unpacking the truck were great, super friendly and professional. 

Communication with the manager and his team in Auckland was excellent.

It might be helpful to have a specified list of boxes that can be used when moving to/from overseas. Most of our 16 boxes (12 black & yellow lids, 4 black & grey lids from Mitre10) made the five-month journey intact. Only the black & grey lidded ones suffered: 2 were squashed,1 split and 1 had broken lid. Nevertheless, all the contents were safe and dry.

Very smooth move, from beginning to delivery.

(Jason Shon Bennett writing on behalf of my mother's move to my house). 'We engaged Conroy Removals to move my mum from Christchurch to Auckland in January 2022. They were great to deal with on the phone, got every question answered and they followed up as they said they would. On the day, the two young men who showed up here to unload were friendly, helpful, fun and respectful. We enjoyed chatting with them, helping to unload and hearing of their adventures with the load. They were a credit to the business and if I could I would use them both to move house again. Alistair and Darcey were simple outstanding.
