Easy pleasant communication when booking.Let down by lack of communication by the dispatch person,who did not telephone me as requeated,did not telephone the person from whom the load was to be collected after initial advice it would be between 12-30 to 1.She had to make contact again as did I.The dspatch person dismissive and unhelpful.Second person was very good and rang back.

The driver was very personable and we were very happy with the delivery..Not the lack of communication on the day.More staff if dispatch person too busy or not organised enough.A call  or email the day before would help as most people try to organise their day around a given time.

The 2 Removal guys sent by Conroys to uplift our furniture we're excellent, very friendly and didn't stop until everything was loaded. 

The Initial standard of met Kat, set a high standard, however come move day, it was less than extremely poor (for which I complained, sent photos and todate no acknowledgement from management), painfully slow ( 1 guy) , full of excuses, no apologises, then had to turn up next day.

While no one was rude and the one guy doing the work was very friendly, the whole experience of packing up in a truck would have been better and more effeiciently and quickly achieved using friends and truck. For the cost, absolute rip off. Total waste of $6k.

It was ti be stored at palmerston nirth, but it wasnt. It was left in Wellington, then driven to napier on a Saturday to be returned down to Dannevirke on a Monday. Why was it not at oalmerston north as per advise. Or why wasnt i advised it was to remain in Wellington?

The delivery, by the Napier team, went well. Super nice guys and all of them worked well. They even turned up when they said they would, and were professional.  So please pass on my thanks, they were the reason you didnt get 1 star.
