Guys were excellent. Surprised tho that to supply packing materials you charged $320.00 for all used boxes and 6 rolls of tape. No bubble wrap or paper.
Note: I am not sure if I would actually use Conroy again or recommend you to others.
The container with my household effects arrived in Lyttleton on 31 December 2021. It then took over four weeks (!) before Conroy was finally able to deliver my stuff in Wellington. Communication was absolutely terrible - I always had to call and email for information. If I left messages, my calls were not returned. There was no proactive communication from your Wellington team.
Delivery of my household effects was on Wednesday, 2 February 2022. I had to call on Wednesday morning to get an approximate delivery time! To me, that's simply poor customer service and not acceptable.

Great service, very hard working and friendly staff at both ends of pick up and delivery of my goods, customor service as well works very efficient and professional. I myself had personal issues with my partner terminal wit cancer who has since died 4days after delivery of my goods , frm the beginng Al staff were genually saddend by my issues which seemed to make them work harder. All round it felt like they were family which I was very greaful and humbled to have thanku. CONROYS ..

Johnny and his team worked efficiently in a friendly manner.
The only setback for us: one of two wooden spires on a dresser/drawer broke during shifting into the new house, at the front door. Cheers.
The ratings I gave above does not reflect on the staff I dealt with organising my move. They were excellent. But when my belongings were picked up to be transported (I was not present) I very personal piece of antique furniture was broken. Not their fault but the piece that broken off was lost. It wasn't packed into a box or a box of belongings, it was not secured. Every time I think or look at the piece of furniture I see red and feel loss
We had great service from Conroy Removals.We'd recommend them to anyone wanting an efficient ,friendly,professional move .
Did they happen to find a castor to a chair in the truck? We lost one. Overall the team that moved in the day were amazing.
