Drew, Alice and Lucas did a great job packing and moving our household goods.They were friendly and cooperative. Good lads.
We did have a broken pedestal fan and a chest of draws damaged in the shift. The fan had to be thrown out due to it being unsafe to use. We had to break down the drawers and re assemble them which took some time and lots of extra screws.
Whole process from start to finish was excellent
The whole process from start to finish was excellent. The quote we received was $2,000 less that the other two quotes which made our decision easy. The timing from assessment to move and relocate was perfect for our whānau.
The moving team, although only 3 were fantastic. They worked tirelessly to pack up our 5 bedroom house in Wellington. The staff were very friendly and jovial and a real joy to work with. Although there was the option to leave the whole move to the team we wanted to help out and as the boss of the house (Mum), I wanted to see everything packed in and then upacked in Rotorua. The guys were very accomodating.
We received our household items into Rotorua at the exact time specified and the small team of three again packed everything away into storage (we are building a home). I really appreciated thier skill as I was not sure all of our household items would fit but the head guy did such an amazing job. We even had room to spare in the storage unit.
I would definately use Conroy again and really appreciated the communication, price and excellent customer service.
A seamless move with great communication
One bed was delivered with damage to the corners of the drawers but otherwise a seamless move with great communication.

The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care (not a single thing was broken or damaged!). Would thoroughly recommend
So grateful to have these guys arrive with my gear from Perth. It was unloaded quickly and efficently and I would thoroughly recommend using them and would use them again myself. The communication with their office staff was on point and any issues were sorted quickly.

Everything was well packed with no breakages the packers worked very hard and quickly. Your truck crew also worked extremely hard and eficiently.
