My packers we're fantastic & made life so much easier when my daughter got sick. And removal day was smooth- the boys did a fantastic job! All the team were very polite & friendly too. Hope the move into a new house at the other end goes just as well- thanks everyone- I really appreciate it all!!

we thought the packers and unpackers were very helpful and efficient. they represented the company extremely well and would be the reason we would use the company again if we were to shift again.
It's a shame, most of what you did was fine, but let down by an annoying lack of Comms. We knew when our shipment was available for delivery, and located in Wellington within a few miles of us, and it then took over a week to get the last short hop, and even getting it that 'fast' required me to chase your team, we heard nothing from them.
Fantastic team, fast, efficient and really chipper! Despite the pouring rain, they all had smiles and little laughs, made our move really pleasant.
Good communication. Moving guys were excellent, packaged our beds and were careful with everything. They worked in extreme bad weather conditions without a worry. Very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Everything went pretty smoothly with the team knowing what they were doing. COVID did seem to reduce the number of the team available but those that turned up did their best and got the job done.
All happy, except a bit of confusion on site when the boys arrived to collect, they saying that we have a truck going up tomorrow and we could deliver on Friday. We did not want that and the arrangement was to deliver on the following Monday ( as booked ) . I had a third party helping who then made a phone call to me to question the arrangement etc. Best if the drivers / collectors said nothing and just stuck to the plan - I know they were trying to help , but it just compounded our arrangements.
Otherwise - Prompt quote, prompt communication from Ops Maanger to arrange pick up time, Collection arrived on time and good comms on Akl for drop off.

The service provided, and communication were very good, and all shipment was delivered safely and in good timing, with regard to covid rule changes, and the weather.
It was so reassuring to see all of our possessions handled with the up most of care and professionalism. All packing and loading of the truck was carried out by one sole Conroy staff member and this staff member was so friendly and helpful in his attitude and work ethic. Overall, a truly amazing experience.
