Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersThe guys we're awesome at both ends of the process, we had moved to Gisborne from Auckland 3 weeks prior to our stuff being uplifted from Auckland, so not personally watching our stuff get loaded was a bit nerve wracking, but we needed not of worried, it all went smoothly, and the guys from the Napier end were just as professional as well as friendly making the whole experience that much more less stressful.
the guys that moved us were fast,hard working,friendly ,happy to help where needed...they made the move stress free...
Conroy Removals are so reliable and very professional. We have always found them to be fantastic!
The guys were all great, they worked their butts off for us and we really appreciated it.
We used another moving firm only 5months ago who had custom packaging and a manifest to check off so we were benchmarking against that. I would use Conroys again locally but not sure about longer haul.
Again I could not fault the team who moved us (and the original sales conversations and process was seamless)

The pickup and drop off staff were really great. Professional and efficient.
Communications was lacking. I did not get a call confirming the move until 4pm the day before and I could not get a hold of anyone earlier than that to confirm that it was happening on the day I had stated. I specified the day I wanted it dropped off. On my agreement it said Conroy would deliver it then. I did not hear from Conroy until two days after the day I had specified that my stuff was being dropped off. If they couldn't deliver on the day I had specified why did they not inform me when I signed the agreement? They then forgot to deliver my couch and still have not done so nor have they let me know what day it will be delivered.
Only comment would be I found the company really expensive
Still don't know if my boxes were delivered. They were picked up on Monday. Wgtn told me to ring Auckland who didn't pick up. Left message but no response. UB Freight say they haven't been delivered yet. So unsure where they are. Why don't you keep customers updated like most freight companies? There should be some sort of tracking done.
You fit our move in at relatively short notice, were flexible when we needed to add move items to the move list and the team of moving lads were friendly, good natured, helpful and considerate. Awesome team all round.
