Our household goods have arrived this morning and appear to all be in good condition apart from a fabric covered foot stool which is damp and dirty. This would have benefitted from being protected with some wrapping. The staff we have been in contact with by phone, e mail and in person this morning have all been extremely helpful and efficient. We have been very pleased with the service thank you.

The boys shifting me were very congenial and nothing seemed a problem. The only problem I had was they greeted me at my door without masks and did not ask me my preference

The whole process was so efficient, from getting quote so quickly and the ongoing communication made it such a stress free move! The team of guys who unloaded the truck were so accomodating with taking everything into the house it made the set up so easy. The cost was $1400 cheaper than I had with another comapny too! Thanks Conroy Removers have been reccomending you to family and friends.
Very punctual, early even, very friendly and efficient
The team at Napier, excellent service. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pick-up. I was advised, and confirmed, the day before pick-up, that pick-up from the Ferrymead storage locker would be between 9 and 10. At 10.30 on the day of pick-up I phoned to find out where the truck was. Only to be advised by the dispatcher that the truck was doing the pick-ups in a different order, and wouldn't turn up till the afternoon. I advised the dispatcher that was unacceptable, as I was not available in the afternoon, and was blaming the truck crew for the error. Then when the truck and crew turned up at midday, they blamed the dispatcher! Poor communication, and poor or no checking of schedule.
