Efficient friendly service. A hiccup with a large unti which could not be carried in. To the credit of Conroy solved it by a combination of fork lift and scissor lift

Overall communication was easy and quick. Delivery was messy, though. Not arrived at the expected time, unable to find the tallest building in town and some of our stuff arrived broken. No one called or emailed to ask how it went, by the way.

We found Scott very personable and understanding when he gave us a firm quote. MaryAnne was extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. And Taylor and his team we fast, friendly and hardworking. We had fantastic move with Conroy and they made the whole experience smooth and less daunting than moving usually is. Thanks!

It was very difficult to arrange the initial quote and get through to customer service. When I rang back to confirm the quote I was told my account had been deleted. The movers came hours after they had initially said they would be arriving and were rude and unprofessional over the phone. My flatmate had to cancel her plans because they were late, and there was no recognition or apology for this. I also didn't receive a confirmation email until I emailed the company once again.

Hello The Conroys, We've done a lot of shifts, It was a credit to your company from packing to arrival, well not arrived yet we're stuck with covid bothers but Im sure the amazing service will continue. Regards Paul and Jonette Steiner
