You have terrific staff
I want to praise the teams we had at both ends.The Auckland crew were terrific. The team that unloaded us in Papamoa, who then came back to pick up the boxes and rubbish were superb.You have terrific staff.

Items were missing in the original delivery (having been packed and picked up by the removal company a number of years ago) and still a major artwork is missing in a large wooden crate! Items were damaged or broken in transit (or when moved in storage) and nearly all the fabric/furnishing items were moth eaten or covered in moths, so I will be talking up these matters with our legal representatives.

Professional and friendly service
Conroys have always offered us a professional and friendly service when moving. Communication was impeccable throughout the whole process, from deciding dates/times, packing the truck, enroute and then unloading at the other end. The boys were polite, friendly and obviously knew how to get the job done properly - a real credit to Conroys.

A very good experience
Overall a very good experience. Unfortunately our TV and associated hardware were unplugged before I got to photograph the connections. I have been unsuccessful at sorting it so are without TV until I can get a technician to sort it for me.
Top class
We have used you three times now for house moves and always top class. Efficient, flexible and friendly. We always recommend Conroys to friends and family.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service, from the first enquiry right through to the end. The guys were right on time, extremely friendly and very helpful. Made the move so much easier. If I ever shift again we would definitely use Conroy's again. Thank you.
First, I found the booking process to be excellent. Being able to handle everything online was a dream for me, as I much prefer online interactions over phone calls. The moving team was friendly and approachable, which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed with the overall pace of the move. While I understand that moving into an apartment can pose some challenges, this was by far the slowest moving experience I’ve ever encountered.
Additionally, this is the first move I’ve had where so much glass was broken. While accidents happen, it added to my dissatisfaction with the service.
I was billed for 5.5 hours, which included the team’s lunch break. I don’t believe I should be charged for time when work wasn’t being carried out, especially since lunch breaks are not typically paid time.
Finally, the last item—a table—took nearly an hour to move into the apartment because the legs needed to be removed. I sent my husband to check on the delay and discovered the team was waiting for another truck to bring tools. It’s unacceptable for a moving company not to have basic tools on hand. As a result, I feel I was unfairly charged for that unnecessary waiting time.
While I have made payment, this experience was disappointing, and I will not use Conroy again or recommend your services.
