The packers were prompt and did a good job. I can't rate the outcome/delivery of our goods as they have not yet been delivered.

This move has not gone smoothly . The Packers arrived on the 11th and were exceedingly slow . The next day the guys didn’t get to my place till 12 30 but worked hard and got the container full I had difficulty getting any update on the movement of my furniture. Due to arrive in Wanaka on 20/21st. Finally arrived on the 27th. The guys who unpacked were great but we discovered 5 large items missing. Washing machine and urn since located in Chch. My near new blue Norco bike with basket, blue Hoover vacuum cleaner and a very precious runner rug are still unaccounted for. I understand these are difficult times with COVID and staff problems but communication would have helped.

My third time using Conroy's to transport furniture between cities. They continue to provide excellent and friendly service, taking maximum care of my cargo. Thank you guys and gals.
John, Kim and Lynn who i dealt with over email were all very helpful and human (pretty rare in customer service these days). Was very happy with response times and communication. The two men that delivered my shipment to my home in Auckand were excellent, friendly and professional. I was very happy and would definitely use the service again.
I did want to note that the branded bubble wrap was not so great on white wooden furniture, unfortunately it has imprinted onto and marked the white bed head and the ct that we had sent. given its there to protect the item it makes no sense that it actually auses damage so an unbranded version would be much better.
