Very good service, keeping me updated on movements of my goods.
Very polite staff that did the job. However for moving 3 bedroom with no packing involved and just dismatling and reassmebling the beds, everything else having been packed already - 10 hours was a ridiculous amount of time to take. We have moved several times with other movers who did a pack and move in much lesser time. Staff only packed 3 boxes (these were stuffed with a childs foam sofa, cushions and a shelf which did not need to be packed anyway). We chose Conroy based on recommendation but were extremtly disappointed with how much time was wasted.
We moved a large household from Hamilton to Wellington, great teams at both ends, good communication. A number of pieces of antique furniture travelled without any problem or damage, including two grandfather clocks. Only a couple of very minor scuffs on a modern piece of furniture. Very happy to recommend and would use again.
Great company! Helped me so much when I struggled with paying my storage with them over the past year during covid. Most places would've sold off my stuff but they held onto it for me until I could pay the full bill and communicated great. Thanks so much again
The team was very helpful and was able to out together my bed withteh screws.
Our removal from Clarks Beach to Parparaumu went very well indeed. The guys arrived for pack up on time and through until all our stuff was in the container. They were courteous at all times.
I had stated that I would contact when delivery was required. This I did once we had secured a property.
Once again the team arrived on prescribed date. Unloaded the entire container to areas directed by myself and then proceeded to assemble the large items. Excellent.
We only had one little problem with an artwork having the glass broken.
I have contacted Conroys to come and retrieve the packing from the move. This is in the process of being arranged.

Brilliant service
Conroys were efficient and responsive. Their storage sysems and delivery were good. The admin staff are really pleasant. Unfortunately our barbeque had an accident while in their care and was damaged beyond repair.
Very dissapointed in how our belongings were treated by the male side of the team packing and loading our household into the container. We have had a number of damaged items. The one that really upset me was my late mothers china cabinet. I was not wrapped properly and when it was taken out of the container, a pain of glass was broken. The men in the packing and loading party were rough, tried to beat each other in speed and lifting of heavier items. We had to ask them to slow down and please take care. They were rushing so much that bedheads fell off the back of the truck. We were told they would be at the house 8.30 to 9am. The container arrived at 10am.
On a good note. The 3 men unloading in Tauranga were wonderful. They looked after our belongings and were lovely. Arrived on time.
