The crew who moved us on the day were excellent - we couldn't fault them. We did find it hard to contact your company on the day though and we would like some information about picking up the empty boxes after the move.
I have used Conroy's on several occasions over the years. They are very professional, helpful and so easy to deal with. At both pick up and delivery end they make everything hassle free. Thank you once again absolutely my preferred removal company.....Lynsie.
No issues really, was all good and team were great to work with.
Prompt, efficient service. No breakages nor damaged furniture. Staff were friendly, followed up queries quickly and provided reassurance. ZRemoval and delivery first class. All cartons collected following move. Polished service all round. Definitely be recommending Conroy's. Absolutely superb.
Movers were awesome. Only improvement would be the ability to book a specific time :)
This is a small complaint in the grand scheme of things but I'm very annoyed that 2 full boxes of goods were completely destroyed in the shipment. My certificate of insurance states "full cover" but am now advised that it is restricted cover and I won't be reimbursed for your negilegent handling. I was never advised of this prior to leaving Melbourne. The whole process was very poor in regards to communication and now Conroy says it's not their problem. Very disappointed.
Delightful staff from the office to packers and removal . Very professional and respectful.
Very happy with our move from Auckland to Taranaki with Conroys.
Loading one day then travelling the next day & unloading went well & the guys working on both days did a great job,no problems either day.
Would highly recomend Conroys to anyone needing a removal done.
Conroy staff refusal to wear masks during the move (at West Quay Apartments) caused some runctions with the Body Corpoorate administration, and the job was nearly cancelled mid-load. Plus it wasn't known unitl delivery at the other end (James Wattie Village) that one of the three guys was not even vaccinated. A poor show, when 'double vaccinated and masks to be worn' were stipulated as requirements when the booking was confirmed.
We were very happy with our packers and movers. They worked so hard and we have nothing but praise for them.
We were disappointed that the truck didn't arrive until 10am as it was supposed to be 8.30am. Shane messaged me saying it was due to a safety stop work meeting, but the moving guys said the truck had not been emptied the night before, which is not good enough. This delay made it very stressful in the afternoon when the new owners started moving in and we hadn't moved out. It was worst case scenario, and would have been avoided if the truck had arrived on time.
Also the blankets used could do with a clean or airing, as we had alot of dust on our furniture.
I found Conroy on the whole to be very professional, certainly the packers. Unfortunately not the greatest of care was taken on the delevery & damage was caused which to be fair is being fixed. My package was a full unpack but I didnt get this and it seems the head guy wqasnt aware of this but the others were. My tvs were left wrapped up and I had to put them together myself.- I would have thought this was part of the service for unpacking. The team were very friendly, however the delivery felt a little rushed.
I have used many moving companies in the past and will say from day one when I met Derek I felt very confident everything was in control.
