Pick up was over 3 hours late past estimated quoted time and had to call twice to confirm they were still coming. Mattress was separated and ended up in wellington. Would have just been better if everything arrived at the same time at the same place.They were however accomodating in changing our delivery address when it was required. But unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros for us.

This is the second time we have used this service. Both times the guys were punctual, polite, pleasant and super careful. Very happy with the service.

The whole experience with Conroy Removals was professional from start to finish. The staff were friendly and efficient when picking up/dropping off my items.
One thing that I think may be improved upon is communication. Although the email correspondance was fast and friendly, when my stuff got delivered I only recieved a call an hour or two in advance saying they wanted to drop it off. This only worked because I had a cancellation at work that day, but I do believe in the future it would be nice if you could organise the delivery drivers to call the person a day in advance, as a couple hours is not enough time.
