Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersWas kept updated most of the times but would have preferred a bit more communication when furniture was collected (i.e. estimated time of arrival a few days in advance).
The customer service team were very tolerant as I changed my requirements a few times and they didnt complain. The removal team were lovely and helpful at both ends.
The Conroy team were great... very friendly, helpful and respectful. Everything arrived without any damage and placed in line with our guidance... reducing the unpacking hassles considerably. Particular mention of Jerome and his partner (Robbie?). These two supermen lifted our extremely heavy couch (it wouldn't fit in through the house entry) from the garden up onto the deck (at least 15ft) and with able assistance from our other helpers, managed to let us have a lounge suite to move into... god knows what we would have done without this.
All in all another great service from Conroys.
Won't accept damage to my tv and missing sound bar and no empathy towards our concern. Rude and dismissive.
The two guys that loaded the container were fantastic, careful, respectful and totaly proffessional. They worked hard all day in the heat and are a credit to the company. I would reccomend them to anyone for any job.
The team at Napier, excellent service. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pick-up. I was advised, and confirmed, the day before pick-up, that pick-up from the Ferrymead storage locker would be between 9 and 10. At 10.30 on the day of pick-up I phoned to find out where the truck was. Only to be advised by the dispatcher that the truck was doing the pick-ups in a different order, and wouldn't turn up till the afternoon. I advised the dispatcher that was unacceptable, as I was not available in the afternoon, and was blaming the truck crew for the error. Then when the truck and crew turned up at midday, they blamed the dispatcher! Poor communication, and poor or no checking of schedule.
Hi.
Just one thing went wrong in packup (as far as i know as we have not unpacked yet) that was a broken picture glass. The staff brought my attention to it immediately and I was able to separate the glass pieces from the picture without damage to the picture so the only loss was the glass. I was happy with them for being honest about it. that was definitely best.
On the unpack we had more problems which i hope the ops team can assist in resolving. the main issue was not getting everything in the right place (i was not there due to covid). the double mattress did not find its way inside to be with the double bed (its at the back of the garage and hard to get out) The large size conroy boxes used to pack the kitchen did not end up in the kitchen (maybe not labeled??). The boxes packed into the garage could have been packed better (boxes against walls with stuff in the middle) so access to any box only involved moving one or two boxes rather than about 20 or 30 which is how it is at present. Or could have stacked with a central isle.

Communication wise i think it would be great to have a single email address you can use during the execution phase of the move.
