Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback. Olive and the moving guys were excellent at their jobs and great commuinicators. Olive especially was kind, patient, friendly and thorough. Only Sally was a let-down. My son (Wellington) and I (Hamilton) realised at 1730 the night before the move that neither of us could find a scheduled time in all our correspondence with Conroy. We both rang Conroy and left messages but it was too late. Since the move at my end occurred at 0800 my son arrived early to the Wellington destination. It was with bemusement that I received this from Sally at 0838 on the day - no apology for lack of communication, no acknowledgement of our distressed calls the night before. She probably thinks she did her part. I'm angry at being this casually treated and dismissed by her.:

Fantastic team, very personable and nothing was a problem.   Overall the experince was awesome thanks to all of the people involved.  As you know moving is a very stressful time for people and the Conroy team just made everything happen in a seamless manner.  Please pass on my thanks to evryone involved from the backofiice/liason and sales people through to the packing/pickup team in Queenstow and the off-loading team in Richmond/Nelson,  I'm sure I have not included people in there that were involved behind the scenes as well, but they are inlcuded in a big thanks from me and Sam - everyone has done an amazing job. 

The service provided by Conroy was excellent for me and Susan was so helpful letting me know all the time in regards to the container and when it would be delivered.  The truck arrived early to my house and the people handling the goods into my house were polite and excellent at there job.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Kind, respectful and the whole team sounded genuinely interested in making the move as stress less as possible. Thank you 

First contact with Conroys was Nathan Furlong who impressed us very much  in every way.

The two young guys who loaded the container (both named Chase) were brilliant and worked as a team in a professional manner.  They worked non stop and hard out without taking a break.  Conroys are lucky to have such lovely, hard working and friendly guys.  Can't rate them highly enough.   Packed everything into the truck without a single breakage.....fantastic. 

The only BUT was the delivery driver.  I suggested he go around the next street to make for easier access.  He was not prepared to listen to me and had poor attitude and no respect for an opinion from either myself or the neighbour whose property that was driven over.  He upset the property owner quite a bit which is not good for Conroys or for us as new neighbours.  We have not braved a visit but will need to show a white flag when we do.
