To whom it may concern

We are finally sitting down from a full on weekend of unpacking and able to write a full review of our experience with using your company.I always believe in giving honest feedback as well as credit where its due.

First off let me start with getting the negative out of the way:Our moving agent - we were a little disappointed with our dealings with her.I had to request her to reply to emails. She never answered her phone and when I did ask questions etc it felt as if it was an effort and she would just direct me to someone else.She never checked in like promised and I had to remind her.Honesty if it was determined on our experience with her we would have probably not have chosen to go with your company.

BUT I'm glad we stuck around because you have some incredible staff on your teamOn to the positives:

Maryanne Fernández (from auckland i think ) was so lovely.She was friendly, she was informative and so helpful explaining everything.She was such a joy to deal with and always picked up her phone.

Your delivery guys on both sides were great! Super professional and on point. They were fast with packing and careful with our goods.We were impressed with both sides.

Then the absolute SUPER STAR of your company and this whole process is most definitely Christine WenzlickI think she's in sales as she was  the one who originally came and did our quote but after having no luck getting a reply on more than one occasion from our moving agent Brooke I would often call Christine with question's and worries and she was never too busy to help (even when it wasnt her job)She never complained when we called her constantly and would get things done quickly and efficiently for us.She ended up being more of an agent to us than our own.Honestly this woman deserves a promotion.I just hope this mail reaches the right person and she gets the recognition she deserves.A massive thank you Christine!

All in all we would use your company again in the future for our move.If you have any questions feel free to call us

This is the second time we have used Conroys and would recommed them to anyone. Guys were helpful, curtious and careful. Even offered to connect up the washing machine. Ace service.

Communication was excellent from the moment I engaged with Nathan, everyone kept me up to date with progress so there were no surprises. The team of movers were very efficent and friendly. Definetly recommend.

Already reccomened you to my brother moving back to NZ from Sydney!

Right from the first phone call everyone has been super helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond.
