The removal team were polite and puncual and did a good job taking care of our furniture
but we felt they could have been a bit quicker doing the loading
The initial contact and service was really good but once we had accepted the quote and paid the money the communication was very poor to the extent the we had to contact one of your senior managers to get some reliable information. You have also sent this request for feedback before the move has been completed, we are still waiting for a delivery date from your Brisbane team. The team in Brisbane have been very good at keeping us informed.

Apart from the lack of contact to let us know the delivery truck was running late (we waited 3 hours before ringing and emailing trying to find out what was happening) the service was amazing, the removal guys were quick, friendly and happy to pop each piece of furniture in the right room for me.
The men that came to do the moving were all experienced and supportive, made our worker easier. We were grateful that they restacked it into the storage unit for us. Afforable and worth every dollar. Will definitley use this service again.

Very disappointing. Should change the company motto to stand back and throw !! Broken ornaments,knobs off cabinets, boxes arrived wet. Paintings not bubble wrapped. Will be interested to watch their response!!
Conroy made our moving experience stress free and easy. The chaps were really friendly at both ends. The price was reasonable and all of our items were delivered intact.
Happy with service provided. All items were packed well into container and unloaded efficiently all other end..
