The move manager Lynn is helpful and responses quickly throughout the whole process. The movers are professional, friendly and well mannered.

Excellent communication and customer service. We're still waiting to hear from our overseas provider about a couple of missing items and breakages though.

The sales staff are polite. Communication is poor with giving a eta on uplift. There seems to be a breakdown of Communication between sales and operations which flows on to the customer. I had to keep following up and this was invain because operations turned up unannounced when I was advised they would give notice by ringing first. There was no phone call half n hour before delivery as advised by operations. Some of the furniture was damaged. I felt like a nuisance ringing up when I do not think I should've had to given I had paid for a service.
Lovely fellows, friendly and obliging, thrilled that arrived later than said as key was not supplied to new home and men needed to wait a wee while. My family probably drove them crazy changing their minds where things should be put. Very patient.
Packers were excellent in chc but still awiting arrival of property to AKL
The overall service was good in Nelson and the men ( 3 or 4) were quick in loading the truck (50 cube) one and half containers.We do not believe that enough notice was taken into account of those goods marked fragile. We were kept up to date with the storage in Christchurch of the containers and the notice period necessary in order to uplift the goods.The men(only 2) were approx 25 minutes early in delivering the goods to us in Rolleston . They worked solidly throughout the day in a professional way.On receipt of the goods we noticed some damage to a table and to some china which we are assessing.
Had a bit of trouble with messages going missing and having to fill in form a second time so was unsure if my stuff would be delivered when I wanted - but it all worked out in the end. I was also unsure how to tell you that I wanted my stuff so I replied to previous messages. Given the time between booking/ uplifting and then moving and getting it delivered I'm not sure I would have remembered if you had told me
