100% good to deal with
After looking at a few moving companies I decided to go with Conroy and from my first inquiry to the lift of my furniture they have been 100% good to deal with. As a 75 year-old lady moving from Auckland to Christchurch I found this very overwhelming but the help I received from your company was amazing, from my first phone call to the delivery of my furniture.

Fast and efficient
Fast, efficient. Haven't opened all the boxes yet, but nothing broken so far.
The teams were fine, although a few swore a lot, and were critical of the previous team's work which doesn't affect us, but doesn't come across well.

Great service from quote to pack to move. Friendly staff moving into new house (and efficiently done too).

Great staff who were professional and friendly. None of our possessions were damaged in any way. We were communicated with clearly and in a timely manner. Would thoroughly recommend Conroy's.

The uplift went well and efficiently. The guys had us all packed up in just over four hours. The delivery was on time but felt the team were rushing to get unloaded and while they did ask where things should go, it seemed that they were in a hurry to unload and go. The driver said he would come and say goodbye but that never happened.

I was originally told the job would require three men and a large truck to move my house contents. Unfortunately on the day only two men were assigned. I did feel sorry for them as I had a lot of heavy items, one of which was a round concrete top outdoor table. This table top was damaged from the move, which I believe it was because it needed three people to securely move it. I am waiting for the company to contact me regarding the repair of it. The two gentlemen who did the job were very pleasant and helpful. It's a shame they didn't have that extra staff member to assist them with this job.
