Hi there

Amazing team in Auckland - really great, professional, efficient, and fast. Team in chch good too but arrived a little later than said (truck issues) and only two of them so the unload took longer. But otherwise happy. A few things broken which we will consider and maybe come back to you. thanks

Conroys was great, they packed our items well and fit a lot into the container. Our only issue was the late arrival as that meant we were really delayed leaving Auckland which was not ideal. Delivery on the Napier end was awesome, lovely friendly movers.

Conroy Removals were fantastic to deal with right from the start, being able to video call me rather than sending someone around to assess what needed moving so as to provide a quote straight away to the men on did the actual move on the day.  Everyone was so professional but also kind and friendly.   Would absolutely use Conroy Removals again and will definitely be recommending them.   Thank you

The men who came to do the job were fabulous: professional, polite, hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. Would have Conroys back again any time!

Hi the two men that did the removal are top men they were on the ball super efficient friendly and very nice I would recommend to anyone please pass on my thanks to them.

Super professional, polite and friendly. Nice to be moved by pupils from my old school even if I didn't teach them myself. Lovely young men. Nothing to improve on

Execellent service & communication right from the time of receiving a quote until delivery at our new address.The 2 men who picked up & delivered were efficient & courteous & could not fault any part of the operation.Would recommend their services.

Whilst I have answered yes to the above questions it would have to be under different conditions. Gordon the person who managed our shift was very good to deal with but unfortunately we had a number of items damaged during the shift, a smashed TV cabinet, broken handle on our bedroom side table, wripped portion on 1 of our lounge suites and a gouge out of another portion of the same lounge suite which is obviously very disappointing. 

I would also add that the perosn helping pack the truck in Cromwell, a local as I understand it, was an older man but was very rough with some of our items so when we saw the damage that had occurred we werent surprised.

The good:- Very efficient packing and uplift, delivery from warehouse to final destination was understaffed (understandably due to Omicron).- Well staffed, well planned throughout (except for delivery) and reasonable pricing. These guys are pros.

The not so good:- Two big furniture items, ie a queen size mattress and 3 seater leather couch were overlooked and not packed prior to uplift. Resulted in a missing leg, torn base, heavily scratched leather couch, and a very dirty mattress (as inevitably these stuff will have some contact with the tarmac).  - Packing is generally safe but wasteful in materials. Ended up with 6 boxes of paper waste- Will only communicate timing on the day prior to move.
