From the boss down in Napier the service was excellent. Also the 2 guys in Auckland did a good job but appeared to lack a little bit of "know how", in getting the furniture into the house. But nothing to be concerned about

Very helpful and friendly cost effective move and storage.
All aspects of the service were really good but the packing was a bit of a disappointment especially clothing on hangers and mostly dry cleaned not packed in a wardrobe box with a rail to hold hanging clothes but thrown into a box amongst other items. A few broken kitchen items but otherwise everything arrived intact.

The service on the whole was great. There was no early comms on delivery of storage items to home. I was provided 1 hours notice that items were being delivered to my property, and I felt this could of been done a little better. I also felt the original quotation could of been better displayed to highlight all associated costs and the process/forms required to be completed prior to despatch.
