We were pretty disappointed with the standard of packing and damage done to some of our items. Our entertainment unit was destroyed with two broken legs and a draw which was full of items fell out and smashed to bits including smashed glass candle holders dropped all over our driveway and the legs from our large living room tv which are also broken in the same incident. Some inconsequential items where over wrapped yet thousands of dollars of wine where just plonked on top of each other unwrapped in boxes which were also mislabelled and badly squashed.

There is also missing a foot from our cross trainer rendering it useless as it now wobbles. The truck driver said it fell off and he has it in the truck but it was never passed on.

In the space of 20 minutes one of the packers managed to break a plant stand, a ramakin and stand our glass coffee table on its end which subsequently fell over but luckily didn’t smash.

All in all it was a far less than adequate performance.

The service was great until the last day. I did not get a call to inform me of the delivery to the storage unit where it was dropped in a general unsecure zone. The response to my query was that attempts to contact me by phone to an incorrect number were unsuccesful.  I don't understand why they only used one method of contact when email was available. I had to lift heavy parcels when I had paid for this service. 

I am missing a guitar from the move. It is a Campania acoustic that still maybe in Napier
