Conroy were professional and efficient during the whole process . We can't thank them enough making it such an easy process.
Some items had too much weight packed on top of them in container and those items simply broke apart. Easily fixed by using more consideration when packing.
This was shipping during the last part of lockdown, and that was truly amazing. When we started preparing everything was in question. We had the agent hold it as we left Malaysia and prepared for MIQ in NZ. It was more than 3 months before we asked that 13 domestic boxes be priced & sent. Air freight was still very high, so we prepared to ship the goods. One month on the water and a week waiting for NZ end clearance.
The home items were received in good condition. We were very satisfied!
Service was great - would use again. unfortunately some confusion about delivery date which left me waiting at home but otherwise a good experience
Personnel I dealt with were always very pleasant but my biggest gripe is with inability to provide a definite date for delivery. My confirmed invoice said that intra-island delivery would endeavour to be within 5-10 working days.but it was nothing like that. Don't ever give customers inaccurate details.
Thank you to the Conroy team for assisting me with my move from Nelson to Otago. With a time frame of 5-10 days for delivery assured from location to location this was achieved for my consignment by the team.
Very pleasant move. Items were wrapped in blankets and plastic. Mike was very helpful and understanding. I will definitely use Conroy in the future!
Well organized - delivery within a week.
I did respond to this yesterday but thought I had to let you know the following. I have the piano tuner here today and the pedals on both pianos that were moved, were incorrectly rerassembled. Not good enough really and obviously more care needed to be taken. Di Jeromson
