I arranged my move from Australia and found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and efficient.  Communication was clear and I was updated regularly which I really appreciated being out of the country at the time of my move.  I was very satisfied with the service I received from Conroy Removals.

Some 21 years ago when I move to Sydney, Australia from Mount Maugnaniu,NZ used a firm professing to be leaders in intenrailtional moving (which I will not name), they damage to a fairly new fridge freezer and lost an important box of unreplaceable documents. As a result was apprehensive with my move from Sydney, Ausgtralia to Papamoa Beach, NZ.

Glad to say Conroy transport my belongings with no drama from uplift to delibvery, which arrived earlier than I anticipated, suffered no loss of item or damage.

From start to finish every person that I came into contact at Conroy's delivered, made the whole experience easy, would use then again, great job Conroy team.

Mirror broken on arrival. Hawkes bay delivery men fantastic great communication. South Island pick up a shambles no one knew when it was happening then mucked us around to then change day.

The removal guys worked like Trojans.  They had a difficult task as there was a lot of stuff to be moved, including some very heavy furniture. They went over and beyond the call of duty. So, no complaints there.  The big short coming was the labelling of the boxes, which was very inconsistent and made little sense to me.  A communication from the packers with regard to their labelling would have been very helpful.  An example of inconsistency was the power drill with its attachment, which had been put together for the packers.  We have found the drill, but as yet have to find the drill bits!  There are numerous examples like that, e.g. a double bed, which we were unable to put together because the dowels and screws were not with the bed.  Eventually they were found 2 days later after we had been to Mitre10 to see if we could find an alternative, which we did.  It may be good to instruct your packers a bit better about consistency and proper labelling as well as informing your customer what the labelling means.  Boxes were named "room 1" - I didn't know what room 1 was.
