Great staff - very helpgul and friendly

When booking with your firm, we were told our belongings would be delivered in 7-10 days and it ended up over 15 days, when we phoned the North Island branch to find out where our things were the response was, "we will send an email and someone will phone you today" 3 x this occured with no call back, eventually I called the South Island office and they were brilliant, full of info and a delivery date and contact and the communication was fantastic, so my recommendation would be if you are moving around the South Island these peeps are great and the communication is brilliant but from Island to Island I would not use this company again as 90% of the customer service people I spoke to seemed not to care and just give lip service with no follow up. When you are dealing with peoples whole lives in transport communication is the key.
Great service despite the holdups due to covid.
Progress once furniture was uplifted from Perth right until it arrived in Tauranga was excellent..Change to NZ customer service was welcoming and forthcoming.
Only thing we found the bottom of 5 boxes were damaged wet had to repack boxes. Only 1 ceramic dish broken the rest were in all good condition.
I left February 28th my furniture left in March 2023 and was delivered to me on 17th May 2023 in New Plymouth

The team from Conroys that we dealt with over our move consisted of 9 people: two packed on the first day, five on removal and then two to unload at our new address.
Each and every person was professional, obliging and extremely careful with our posessions and not one item was broken or damaged. We couldn't have been more impressed with the service we have received. Please pass our feedback onto your hardworking and dedicated team.
This was the second part a move you conroy did for us. There was minor damage resulting from the first move but we were prepared to suck it up. The second move has been really disappointing. Two couches that had just been refurbished were damaged. While the guys that delivered them drew our attention to the damage no-one wanted to pick up the issue and fix it for me. I have been given a claim form to fill out but feel as though it is now up to me to get the repairs organised. I would like to think that as Conroy were responsible they would organise putting it right.
